Shipping Information:
We ship through the UPS Ground. We work diligently to ship every order within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.
Expedited Shipping is available:
* Priority (2-3 days): Add $5 to the postage rate
Shipments to Canada: All duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver Add $15 to total shipping price
International (outside US/Canada): Add $25 to total shipping price. You may be charged VAT and duty charges by your local authorities. Please take this into account when placing an order.

If there is an item you want to order that is not in stock, we will ship it to you for free. We will notify you as soon as possible to let you know when the item will be in stock. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with the tags still attached. Please send the items back, with a note explaining the reason, to: Bao Bei Maternity, 29040 Eden Shores Drive, Hayward, CA 94545. (Please note: only exchanges, no returns, on sale items)
For returns, we will credit your card with the amount originally charged for the item (we do not credit the shipping charges). For exchanges, first we will issue a credit to your card for the returned items (less original shipping charge). Then, when we ship your new items, we will charge you for them. Bao Bei will ship the new item to you free of charge.
