Shipping Information:
We ship through the UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS International for Canada. We work diligently to ship every order within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.
International (outside US/Canada): You may be charged VAT and duty charges by your local authorities. Please take this into account when placing an order.

If there is an item you want to order that is not in stock, just email us. We will notify you as soon as possible to let you know when the item will be in stock.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with the tags still attached. Please send the items back, with a note explaining the reason, to: Bao Bei Maternity, Attn: RETURNS, 1339 Holman Rd, Oakland, CA 94610. (Please note: only exchanges, no returns, on sale items)
For returns, we will credit your card with the amount originally charged for the item (we do not credit the shipping charges). For exchanges, first we will issue a credit to your card for the returned items (less original shipping charge). Then, when we ship your new items and will charge you for them at that time. Bao Bei Maternity will ship the new item to you free of charge.
